The Winter Olympics in Vancouver got us thinking — about food, of course.  Specifically, Canadian food.   But what is it?  What is Canadian food all about? You don’t really see a lot of Canadian restaurants anywhere – well, except in Canada, I guess, and you wouldn’t really rally a bunch of friends to send out for Canadian food, would you?  No, it is a slightly elusive genre of cuisine.  Check out our Olympics efforts at bringing Canada’s food culture to life here.  Bon appetit, and happy Olympics!
